Volunteer App Form

We are prioritizing volunteers who are available for the entire conference – Nov 5 from 7:30am to 7:30pm; Nov 6 from 7am to 7pm; Nov 7 from 7am to 7pm. Virtual conference volunteers are needed Nov 6 from 7:30am to 5pm; and Nov 7 from 7:30am to 5pm. You will not be required to work the entire time, rather, you will be scheduled for up to 15 total hours over the course of the conference. Please let us know times you are not available during conference working hours.

Virtual conference volunteers are needed Nov 6 from 7:30am to 5pm; and Nov 7 from 7:30am to 5pm. You will not be required to work the entire time, rather, you will be scheduled for up to 12 total hours over the course of the conference. They are additionally expected to utilize a strong WiFi connection for the duration of their volunteer hours. Please let us know times you are not available during conference working hours. Specific duties will depend on your shift, the needs of the coordinator, and your interests/needs.
