Transition to Organic Partnership Program-Opportunities and Resources for New Mexicans

Learn how to get involved with the Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) in New Mexico and beyond. Rodale Institute is the New Mexico lead for TOPP and is headed by Samantha Hilborn-Naluai. She will give an overview of the wrap-around support for transition and existing organic farmers. Initiatives across New Mexico include a farmer-to-farmer mentorship program, technical assistance and building community. Learn how we are engaging farmers and local organizations, empowering farmers with the correct information for certifying crops and livestock, and the concept that ‘organic is regenerative’.

This workshop is for anyone who works or has an interest in the space of organic farming and ranching.
