Venue
The Santa Fe Community Convention Center (201 W Marcy St, Santa Fe, NM 8750) is located in downtown Santa Fe, walking distance to the Plaza. The conference hotels are also walking distance to the venue.
Parking The Convention Center Municipal Garage is your primary parking option for the conference. It’s a bi-level underground garage accessible spots and EV charging stations, located at 119 South Federal Place, just a few blocks from the Plaza. It is open daily 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and accepts credit/debit cards. You can also reserve a spot in advance using the ParkMobile app. Rates are approximately $1 for the first hour; $2 for the second hour and each additional hour, up to a daily maximum of about $12. There is a max clearance of 7 ft. You can see more parking options here.
Plan for all weather. We anticipate nice weather, but at 7,000 feet above sea level, Santa Fe weather is subject to change and can go from 60 degrees and sunny to 30 degrees and snowy very quickly. Bring layers and plan accordingly. Also, if you’re coming from lower elevation, altitude sickness can happen! Hydration and paying attention to how you’re feeling can be important.
Food and Drink
Please bring a coffee mug and/or a water bottle! We have coffee provided by Café Mam. If you forget your drinking vessel, we will have commemorative cups available for $5.
Lunch on Thursday and Friday will be catered boxed lunch from Walter Burke Catering featuring proteins generously provided by our supporting producers. Stop by the concession area in the Exhibit Hallway to grab a cup of coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Wednesday’s lunch is on your own; however, we’ve arranged for What the Truck to service our group, including providing morning coffee. Service on Wednesday will run from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Social events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings will offer light appetizers and a cash bar. Please register ahead of time for these events. Wednesday evening ($10) is “The Social Ecosystem,” our opening social event designed to facilitate valuable connections. Brought to you by Holistic Management International, Greenacres Foundation, Tomkat Ranch Educational Foundation, and Vitality Venture Fund and held at the Santa Fe Convention Center.
Thursday evening will be the Beginning Agrarian Celebration Social hosted by Quivira Coalition and sponsored by Mad! Capital and The Southwest Grassfed Livestock Alliance at the Santa Fe Farmers Market Pavilion. It will feature live music from Tíos Míos and beverages and bites from local chefs. Thursday night will also include a Career Connections Job Fair. If you would like to table as an employer during this event, please fill out this form.
How We Share the Space
The conference is a public event, and we will have a number of people taking photos and videos for the press and for our organizations. If you don’t want your image used, please let the folks at the registration desk know so we can communicate this to our photographers.
We have had a few requests for a fragrance-free space. To the degree possible, please refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, and fragrant personal care products while at the conference, as they can trigger serious health issues for those with fragrance allergies.
We love getting together, and recognize the risk of illness transmission when we gather in large groups. We encourage you to stay home if you think you are sick, or have been exposed to someone who is ill. We will also have masks available at the registration desk for anyone who would like to wear one. If you are unwell, or can’t attend for any reason, feel free to join us in the virtual conference space via Zoom.
Communicating at the Conference
Join us in sharing conference moments on social media! We will be posting from Quivira, Holistic Management International, and American Grassfed accounts via Instagram, Facebook, and X. Tag us or use the hashtag #REGENERATE2025.
We will have Spanish interpretation via headset at the event on Thursday and Friday. We will not have interpretation services on Wednesday. Please ask for a headset at the registration desk.
Tendremos interpretación en español a través de auriculares en el evento del 6 y 7 de noviembre. No tendremos servicios de interpretación el 6 de noviembre. Solicite unos auriculares en el mostrador de inscripción.
