Venue

The Santa Fe Convention Center  (201 W Marcy St, Santa Fe) is located in downtown Santa Fe, a 5 minute walk from the central Plaza.

Parking in downtown Santa Fe is largely paid parking. There are a number of lots adjacent to the Convention Center, as well as a parking garage attached to the center (enter from the north side of the complex) where you can pay to park for the day. The parking garage has accessible parking spaces.

If you’re staying at the Sage Hotel, there is  a shuttle to the Plaza starting at 7:30 a.m. each morning.

Santa Fe does have Uber and Lyft services, but has fewer drivers than bigger cities. Please allow plenty of time to get a driver.

Food and Drink

Please bring a coffee mug and/or a water bottle! We have coffee provided by Equal Exchange and Sey Coffee. We will have commemorative cups available for a $5 deposit or you can bring your own. The Convention Center also has filtered water dispensers throughout the building for you to fill the beverage container of your choice.

Lunch will be provided by the Street Food Institute on Thursday and Friday – Wednesday lunch is on your own. We don’t have a designated dining area, but there’s seating in the lobby, on the patio, the terrace upstairs, and a number of other places throughout the venue.

Snacks will be available during morning and afternoon breaks provided by Natural Grocers and Thousand Hills.

Social events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings will offer light appetizers and a cash bar hosted by Santa Fe Brewing; they also will be serving local red and white wine. If you would like to table as a buyer during the Organic Social, or as an employer during the New Agrarian Social, you still have time to sign up. Email the folks linked above a request to participate.

We hope you get to enjoy Santa Fe a bit beyond the conference. You can find local restaurants that source from area farmers, great museums, and other related events like Edible Institute

How We Share the Space

The conference is a public event, and we will have a number of people taking photos and videos for the press and for our organizations. If you don’t want your image used, please let the folks at the registration desk know so we can communicate this to our photographers.

We have had a few requests for a fragrance-free space. To the degree possible, please refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, and fragrant personal care products while at the conference, as they can trigger serious health issues for those with fragrance allergies.

We love getting together, and recognize the risk of illness transmission when we gather in large groups. We encourage you to stay home if you think you are sick, or have been exposed to someone who is ill. We will also have masks available at the registration desk for anyone who would like to wear one. If you are unwell, or can’t attend for any reason, feel free to join us in the virtual conference spacestarting at 8am on Thursday. Contact staff for login.
