Special events include workshops, socials, poster sessions, meetings, and even exhibitor space, etc. Completing the following form will provide us with the details to ensure you are represented in our conference website and materials accurately as well as clarify the specific needs for the events. For workshops at SPUR, standard setup of the room is classroom style with each table having access to power. Should you need a special setup for the room please indicate so here. For special events at Stockyards we have to rent tables and chairs so please be as specific as possible with numbers.
